Bionexus offers cDNA and genomic DNA library screening services using cDNA, oligonucleotide or antibody as a gene probe. 1 x 106 clones are screened for positive clones, which are subsequently confirmed by secondary and tertiary screenings. The final clones are provided along with the autoradiogram and other relevant data. (Turnaround time 4-6weeks).
We also provide:
- Preparation of probes by PCR or restriction enzyme digestion
- Preparation of plasmid/bacteriophage DNA from the positive clones
- Restriction enzyme analysis services
