Shipping and Return Policy
Orders are generally shipped in 1 day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive.
Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.
Delivery:
Orders shipped on iceor dry ice will be shipped by air express, for next day delivery. Shipping days are Monday-Thursday.
Standing Order:
We offer standing order shipments either under one P.O. or separate P.O.’s. You need to establish an account prior using the P.O. online selection for payment method. Please email us for more information.
Caution:
Some of the products listed herein are distributed for laboratory research and/or in-vitro use only. They have not been approved for diagnostic, drug processes nor for administration to humans or animals.
Warranties:
Bionexus, Inc. warrants all material to be of merchantable quality at the time of sale. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to determine the adequacy of all materials for any intended purpose or use. Bionexus shall not be liable for any consequential, general, incidental or contingent damages whatsoever.
Cancellations:
Requests for cancellations may be made by email and must be confirmed in writing.
Returns / Replacements:
We strive to provide the highest quality materials possible. However, if a problem does arise, we are always willing to work with you on returns or replacements. In order to facilitate processing, no consideration will be given to returns unless prior authorization and shipping instructions have been obtained from Bionexus’s Customer Service Department. All claims are subject to investigation by Bionexus, Inc. No product may be returned after 7 days unless otherwise indicated. You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 7 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. No perishable products may be returned for credit. A restocking fee may apply for all returned items.
Damaged Shipment
Please inspect all packages as soon as you receive them for any damage. If you discover any shipment damage, please save the package material, and contact us for instructions.
